Shipping


We use UPS to ship all orders. For orders over $100 we offer free UPS Ground shipping. We also offer several other grades of UPS shipping for faster delivery. You can get a quote for these services from your cart. We stock all of our products, so in most cases your order will ship within 24 hours. If the order is received by 1:00 pm Pacific, it will ship the same day. In the event of a delay, we will notify you. Our warehouse is in California so orders within the state should arrive within three days with UPS Ground.

Returns


Here at Binderfinder we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. So, you may for any reason, return new merchandise for a refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To do this you must follow the three steps outlined below:

1. Contact us to obtain an RA# (return authorization number). This can be done via phone: 1-800-393-1262 (9am to 4pm Pacific Monday thru Friday except holidays) or via e-mail: customerservice@binderfinder.com. Please note that RA#s expire after fifteen (15) days.

2. Include the packing slip you received with your order, the item(s) to be returned, and a note explaining your reason(s) for the return. Please ship with the original packaging, carton, and packing materials to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. Finally, we recommend that you use a shipping company that offers insurance and tracking to avoid possible delays or losses, as Binderfinder is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Ship your return with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package (NOTE that our warehouse cannot accept returns without a valid RA#) to:

We will notify you the same day we receive your return with your refund details. Please note that shipping costs will be refunded only for returns of defective merchandise.

Security


Our customers' Credit Card data is strictly protected against any unauthorized access. Binderfinder.com makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than binderfinder.com. To check the security of your connection, look at the bottom of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Privacy


The information we gather from you is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not and will not sell, rent or give away any of your information. When you check out you have the option to register with us so that on your next visit you will not have to re-enter your information. However, you may also check out without registering, whatever you would prefer. Finally, you will be asked if you would like to join our mailing list. This list is used only by us to notify customers of new products and promotions. You can opt-out of this list at checkout or at any other time by e-mailing: customerservice@binderfinder.com
