All non-imprinting orders received before 1:00PM Pacific (4:00PM Eastern) are guaranteed to ship the same business day from our San Francisco, CA warehouse.

When will my order arrive?

Your scheduled delivery date will depend on the type of shipping service you select at check-out. We offer the following options:

UPS Next Day Air: scheduled for delivery the business day following shipment

UPS 2nd Day Air: scheduled for delivery the 2nd business day following shipment

UPS 3 Day Select: scheduled for delivery the 3rd business day following shipment

UPS Ground: varies from 1-7 business days depending on your location, refer to the below map for more information.

Can I ship on my own shipping account?

Yes, you can use either your FedEx or UPS account to ship your Binderfinder order. During check-out simply select your account type and enter the following information:

Your Account Number

The type of service desired. Note that if you do not specify the default is Standard over night for FedEx and Next Day Air for UPS

Your Billing Zip Code

When do imprinting orders ship?

Imprinting orders ship within 5 business days of proof approval and RUSH imprinting orders ship the business day following proof approval.

Do you ship internationally?

Only to Canada
